Cancellation Policy for Thangjing VTS

At Thangjing VTS, we understand that circumstances can change, and you may need to cancel your vehicle tracking service. Our cancellation policy is designed to be clear and straightforward, ensuring a smooth process for our customers.

1. Cancellation Eligibility

You can cancel your Thangjing VTS service under the following conditions:

  • Within 14 Days of Purchase: You are eligible for a full refund if you cancel within 14 days of purchasing the service and return the tracking device in its original condition.
  • After 14 Days: If you cancel after 14 days but within 30 days of purchase, you may be eligible for a partial refund, provided the tracking device is returned in its original condition.

2. Non-Cancellable Situations

Cancellation will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Past 30 Days: If the cancellation request is made after 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • Improper Use: If the tracking device has been damaged due to improper use, installation, or unauthorized modifications.
  • Customized Services: If you have availed of any customized or bespoke tracking services that are non-refundable.

3. Cancellation Process

To cancel your service, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Support: Reach out to our support team at +91-9863433393 or email us at support@thangjingvts.com with your order details and reason for the cancellation.
  2. Return Authorization: Our support team will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  3. Return the Device: Send the tracking device back to us in its original packaging along with the RMA number. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the cancellation is due to a faulty device.
  4. Inspection: Once we receive the returned device, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the cancellation eligibility criteria.
  5. Refund/Cancellation Confirmation: If approved, your service will be canceled, and a refund will be processed (if applicable) within 7-10 business days.

4. Refunds for Canceled Services

  • Full Refund: If cancellation occurs within 14 days of purchase and the device is returned in its original condition.
  • Partial Refund: If cancellation occurs after 14 days but within 30 days, and the device is returned in its original condition. The refund amount will be determined based on the condition of the device and the duration of service used.
