Refund Policy for Thangjing VTS

At Thangjing VTS, we strive to provide the best vehicle tracking services to our customers. We understand that situations may arise where you may need a refund. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent.

1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:

  • Faulty Device: If the tracking device is found to be defective within 30 days of purchase.
  • Service Non-Performance: If the tracking service does not perform as described or fails to operate correctly due to no fault of the customer.
  • Cancellation: If the service is canceled within 14 days of purchase and the tracking device is returned in its original condition.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Improper Use: Damage to the device caused by improper use, installation, or unauthorized modifications.
  • Expired Warranty: Claims made after the warranty period has expired.
  • Change of Mind: If you decide not to use the service after the device has been installed and activated.

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Support: Reach out to our support team at +91-9863433393 or email us at support@thangjingvts.com with your order details and reason for the refund request.
  2. Return Authorization: Our support team will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  3. Return the Device: Send the tracking device back to us in its original packaging along with the RMA number. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a faulty device.
  4. Inspection: Once we receive the returned device, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the refund eligibility criteria.
  5. Refund Issuance: If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

4. Partial Refunds

In certain situations, partial refunds may be granted:

  • If the device is not in its original condition or is damaged for reasons not due to our error.
  • If the return is initiated after the initial 14-day period but within 30 days of purchase.
